As a new member of the 558 Software Engineering Squadron, I completed the initial training pipeline and was assigned to the military foreigh sales team. Where me and my team have been directly collaborating with the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force to upgrade their version of the AWACS, otherwise known as Airborne Warning and Control System.
In 2020, due to the pandemic, school transitioned entirely online. Amidst this change, I secured an internship that took me across the continental United States. My responsibilities included installing 5G upgrades and infrastructure to cell towers. This job provided me with a fantastic learning opportunity, allowing me to apply my practical experience in computer networking hardware to theoretical concepts.
